BRAMCOTE HOUSE APARTMENT
Bramcote House Apartment is our third self-catering holiday apartment, completed June 2008, offering first class accommodation with stunning views. By passing the cursor over the pictures, another view is available.
We have equalled, if not surpassed the quality and attention to detail enjoyed by so many visitors to our Bramcote Garden Apartments since 2003.
Bramcote, a double fronted detatched house, built in the 1920’s, has been divided into 2 self-contained apartments with individual front doors accessed from the shared entrance.
As with the Garden Apartments, the apartment has a designated on-site parking place and use of the garden instead of a patio. We, the resident owners Francis and Ros Price, occupy the ground floor apartment, and are, we assure you, very quiet and well behaved and on call if help is required!
The Apartment has been totally renovated and refurbished, providing glorious sea views from both the lounge and bedroom, taking in the Jurassic Coast and Lyme Bay. Comfort, quality style and a touch of luxury were again our objectives, providing wonderfully spacious rooms from which to gaze at the sea, relax and unwind. It is double glazed, centrally heated, hot water, linen and towels (except beach towels) are included in the rental

A spacious, interesting, south facing room with magnificent sea views. Breakfast or dine gazing across the garden to Lyme Bay and the unspoilt Jurassic Coast. Fully equipped with FreesatTV, DVD/Video, CD player, radio, books and games. WiFi access.
Kitchen

A separate room leading from lounge. A completely new installation, really well equipped with fitted Oak units, gas oven and hob, hood, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer microwave, tiled floor and atmospheric lighting.
Bedroom
BEDROOM
This double bedded room has the same wonderful views as the lounge. Lie in bed, watch the sun rise or the moon set over the bay. The sea and sky create a constantly changing canvas.
Bathroom
BATHROOM
Another renovation, bright, modern, fully tiled, well lit with a luxurious and generous walk-in shower, bidet, heated towel rail and careful lighting that makes ablutions a real treat.

We offer short breaks out of season - between November and April.

Walkers and cyclists are welcomed. It will be our pleasure to provide information - maps books and tide time-tables.

We regret we are unable to accommodate children or dogs and are a smoke free zone.

The Bramcote Garden Apartments have been awarded 4 stars each year by Visit Britain and for this reason, we believe visitors can have complete trust in the quality of Bramcote House Apartment, even though we have not sought a Visit Britain inspection.
