ACCESS GARDEN APARTMENT 2 Bramcote apartments are situated in a quiet private lane easily accessed from the main road from neighbouring Charmouth. East Cliff is signposted on each side of the entrance but being a very narrow access it can be easily missed from the main road. East Cliff lane has an un-tarmacked and uneven surface which contains some holes making wheelchair/pushchair access difficult. Bramcote apartments are approximately 70 metres along this lane on the left hand side clearly signed and with parking places clearly marked. The car park is well lit. Both apartments can be accessed from the car park via a path to the left of the garage. A small blue wooden gate gives access to a gently sloping up hill path which leads to the rear main doors of both apartments. This path is also well lit. Bramcote Garden Apartment 2 is accessed by continuing along the path past the door to apartment 1, through a small wooden gate which turns sharply to the right. The door to the apartment is a further five paces on your right. The door with one small step up, opens straight into the main kitchen/living/dining room. Another door immediately to the right leads directly into the bedroom from which another door gives access to the en-suite bathroom. The angle between this entrance and the interior doorways is too small to enable wheelchair access. The kitchen area is an L shape and contains an under counter fridge with 3* freezer, a washer-drier, a stainless steel gas hob with an overhead stainless steel extractor hood and a stainless steel electric fan oven with grill which has a drop down door. The stainless steel double sink single drainer, corner cupboard base unit, under sink cupboard, double glass fronted wall unit and three drawer unit complete the kitchen area. The main living room has a stone tiled floor with a cotton rug and contains a circular glass-topped dining table and two wood and metal chairs, a cotton fabric covered 3 seater sofa bed, a wood and glass topped coffee table, a glass and chrome 3 shelf unit housing TV, DVD/video player and a tall two door wood/glass book case containing books, puzzles, games, DVDs and tapes. A sliding door and one step give access to a stone paved patio. The patio contains a circular glass topped table and parasol, two garden chairs and various plant containers. A gate leads off the patio giving access to the path that leads to the main front door of Bramcote house and then down through the front garden to East Cliff lane via two further steps and then to the car park. A door leads from the lounge area into the bedroom which contains a 4’ 6 wooden framed double bed with a firm vi-sprung mattress, two wooden bedside cabinets, a bedside lamp and double wall light over the bed. There is a pine chest of drawers with a large wooden framed wall mirror. There is a large floor to ceiling wooden fitted unit comprising a generous wardrobe, a utility cupboard and a central heating boiler cupboard. Two single double glazed windows with wooden Venetian blinds. The room has a 100% wool fitted carpet. The bathroom is en-suite. The bathroom contains a spa bath with a hand shower attachment, a hand basin with a independently lit circular mirror and a low level toilet. The floor is stone tiled and the walls are also fully tiled. The ceiling has recessed lighting. This space is limited and is not wheelchair accessible. The apartment is double glazed and centrally heated throughout. A thermostat on the lounge wall enables the temperature to be regulated to suit. Hot water is in constant supply.
